Paint-Powder-Screen Printing Instructions
Each time the item you have painted is exposed to light for 15 minutes the item will glow in the dark. The item must be placed in complete darkness to visualize glowing affects. Note you can’t walk from a lighted room into a dark room and expect to see the glowing affects until your eyes have adjusted to the darkness.

Spray-can Paints
These paints can be used on the following: Metal, Wood, Glass, Some Plastics, etc. OUT of STOCK
Application Directions:

Clean the surface you are to paint.

Lightly sand if paint your to sand is lead free.

Prime the surface you are to paint with a white primer.

Shake spray can for 1 minute before painting.

Apply one even coat of Glow Paint and let dry for 15 minutes before applying the next coat. Make sure to shake the spray can before applying additional coats.

For best glowing affects you should apply four even coats of Glow Paint always spraying in the same direction.

After Glow Paint has dried for 1 hour you can apply clear coat. All clear coats will work but some have higher amounts of UV inhibitors within which will reduce the glowing affects. The less expensive clear coats normally have lower amounts of UV inhibitors.
Waterborne Acrylic Paints Tubes/Quarts/2 Gallon containers
These paints can be used on the following: Fabrics, Metal, Wood, Glass, Plastics, etc.
Application Directions:

Clean the surface you are to paint.

Apply one even coat of Glow Paint and let dry for 1 hour before applying additional coats.

After Glow Paint has dried for 72 hours you can apply clear coat. All clear coats will work but some have higher amounts of UV inhibitors within which will reduce the glowing affects. The less expensive clear coats normally have lower amounts of UV inhibitors.

When applying these waterborne paints to fabrics you must allow 72 hours dry time before washing.

You can add a small amount of water to thin the paints if desired. (Maximum 5%)
Glowing Pigments
These can be added to clear based materials of your choice accept not all water based materials will work. 15% load rate is a good starting point. Should you desire a brighter glow you can add additional pigments. (Maximum load rate 40% by weight) For painting using gravity feed air gun 1kg pigment to 1 gallon paint.
Note: Each bag of pigment contains one ounce by weight so some colors may appear to contain more.
Screen Printing

Add glowing pigments to clear plastisol.

Mesh size, is determined by the pigment used. A 15~45 micron pigment use a 110 mesh.

For best glow affects apply three passes over a white base or white material.

Cure/dry the plastisol as normal.
